One Trunk Theatre Resident Company in the Studio

One Trunk Theatre's Resident Company is rehearsing a new family-friendly show in the Rory Runnells Studio, scheduled for performances at the Forks' outdoor canopy on Sept. 5th & 6th at Noon.

7:00 pm Open Door - A discussion with New Societies director and co-creator Brian Postalian

A chat with Brian Postalian, director and co-creator of Re:Current Theatre's New Societies about his process developing and facilitating this show, as well as his research into interactive theatre.  

All MAP members are welcome, but this Open Door will be specifically geared towards those members who attended Crow's Theatre's presentation of New Societies, March 18 to 28.

Digital Dramaturgy Initiative

MAP, in partnership with Video Pool Media Arts Centre and Manufacturing Entertainment, hosts a week long residency (June 21 to 26) designed to investigate literacy gaps and creative relationships in the integration of digital arts in new play development.  

The Ditigital Dramaturgy Initiative is a national partnership with Playwrights' Workshop Montréal, Vancouver's Playwrights Theatre Centre, and the Blyth Festival.  Supported by the Canada Council for the Arts Digital Fund.
